What materials are used in Woods Cue shafts?
We use premium, kiln-dried North American Ash and Canadian Maple, hand-selected for grain straightness and density to ensure maximum power and minimal deflection.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our cues and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How are cues packaged to prevent damage during transit?
Every cue is encased in a protective sleeve and shipped in a heavy-duty, reinforced PVC tube or a thick cardboard hexagonal box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can I return my cue if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-altered cues or cues with chalked tips may not be eligible for a full refund.
How do I choose the right tip size for my game?
Generally, 9mm to 10mm tips are preferred for Snooker and English Pool for better ball control, while 11.5mm to 13mm tips are standard for American Pool.
Are the weights of the cues adjustable?
Most of our professional series cues come with a standard weight between 18oz and 19.5oz. Some models feature a weight-bolt system that allows for minor adjustments; please check the specific product description.
